Cottage #1
Set up highest on our dune, Cottage #1 is a 3-bedroom cottage, now with mini-split AC and heat.
It accommodates 7 people and has parking for a maximum of 3 cars.
The master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan, queen size bed, and a separate entrance. The second bedroom has a double bed; the third bedroom has 2 single (twin) beds.
There is a covered front porch, a private deck and patio with fire pit, all in an incomparable setting overlooking the ocean.

Cottage #3
Set high on the dune overlooking the ocean, beautiful Cottage #3 has 3 bedrooms, accommodating 7 people, with parking for 3 cars.
Cottage #3 has mini-split air conditioning and heat, in addition to the ceiling fans and fireplace.
One bedroom has a queen size bed, one has a double bed, the third bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Standard 2-Bedroom Cottages #'s 4,6,7,8,9

These are our regular or larger 2-bedroom cottages, accommodating up to 5 people. They all have the same layout - an open plan kitchen and living area in front, and 2 bedrooms in back, separated by a full bath with stall shower.
One bedroom has a double bed, and one bedroom has 2 twin (single) beds.
All have wood-burning fireplaces, large sunny decks, and expansive ocean views.
Cottage #7 now has mini-split air-conditioning and heat.

Sutherland by the Sea

This old Cape Cod gem was hand-built by the Sutherlands in the 1930's, from 2 sheds carted over from off-Cape, and was loved by generations of their family before it recently became part of Wellfleet by the Sea. It sits high on our property with a lovely natural setting and unmatched charm. It has only partial ocean views. Sutherland has 2 bedrooms and one bath. Like our other 2-bedroom cottages, it is not winterized, but Sutherland has a wood stove for cozy off-season nights.
Cottage #2
High on the dunes with a large, sunny South and East (ocean) facing deck, Cottage #2 is our smaller 2-bedroom cottage, because it has a very small kitchenette style kitchen. There is an electric fireplace and a bathtub and shower in the full bathroom. It has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people.
Cottage #2 is now available the week of June 6.
