The Beach House

With 3 stories, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and dramatic, unobstructed ocean views throughout, The Beach House accommodates up to 8 people.

The Beach house is Now has mini split air conditioning and Heat, in addition to radiant floor heat and radiators.

The lower level has 2 bedrooms and a full bath with tub and shower.  One bedroom has a queen size bed and sliding doors opening to private, ocean-facing patios.  The other spacious bedroom has two twin beds. (These can be converted to a king-size on request.)

The master bedroom makes up the entire top floor of the house.  There is a full en-suite bath.  a private balcony overlooks the ocean.  

  

Large cedar decks overlook the ocean to the East, span the sun-drenched South side, and lead to a private outside shower.  Patios wrap around the house, offering quiet, private seating and dining areas with amazing vistas.​

Linens, including sheets and bath towels, are included in the rental fee.

The Beach House has wi-fi Access.

 

An open floor plan includes a living area with large windows, Dramatic ocean views, a working fireplace, and exposed beams.  This opens to a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and microwave.  There is a washer and dryer and a half-bath on the main floor.
