The Beach House

With 3 stories, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and dramatic, unobstructed ocean views throughout, The Beach House accommodates up to 8 people. An open floor plan includes a living area with large windows, ocean views, a working fireplace, and exposed beams.  This opens to a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and microwave.  There is also washer and dryer, and a half-bath on the main floor.

The lower level has 2 bedrooms and a full bath with tub and shower.  One bedroom has a queen size bed and sliding doors opening to private, ocean-facing patios.  The other bedroom has two twin beds. (These can be converted to a king-size.) The house is fully heated, with radiant floor heat on the lower level, and radiators on the upper levels.  

 

There is a bathroom on every level, including a full en-suite bath in the master bedroom.  The master bedroom makes up the entire top floor of the house, and has a private balcony overlooking the ocean.  Linens, including sheets and bath towels, are included in the rental fee.  Beach towels are not included.  The Beach House has wi-fi.  It does not have a TV.  

  

Large cedar decks overlook the ocean to the East, span the sun-drenched South side, and lead to a private outside shower.  Patios wrap around the house, offering quiet, private seating and dining areas with amazing vistas.
